Booking & Travel Preparation
Once you are ready, we confirm your dates and provide a comprehensive arrival guide covering flights, visas, what to pack, and what to expect in your first days. Our team is available throughout for any questions.

Arrival & Welcome
We arrange your transfer from the airport. Your first day is unhurried – settling in, meeting the team, and beginning to decompress. Your therapeutic programme begins gently, on your terms, from day two.
No Pressure, No Obligation
You can take as long as you need at any stage of this process. Some people contact us months before they are ready to commit. Others reach out and arrive within a fortnight. Both are perfectly normal.
