Every day here follows a gentle rhythm — not a rigid schedule, but a steady flow that gives your mind and body something to anchor to. Structure is healing. Knowing what comes next, knowing you’re held, knowing you can step back when you need to — that’s what makes deep work possible.
We recommend a stay of 12 weeks to gain the full benefit of our programme, though stays from one month are welcome. Some days you’ll engage fully. Other days, you’ll need to simply rest and be. Both are equally valuable.
