Your journey, your pace

Every day here follows a gentle rhythm — not a rigid schedule, but a steady flow that gives your mind and body something to anchor to. Structure is healing. Knowing what comes next, knowing you’re held, knowing you can step back when you need to — that’s what makes deep work possible.

We recommend a stay of 12 weeks to gain the full benefit of our programme, though stays from one month are welcome. Some days you’ll engage fully. Other days, you’ll need to simply rest and be. Both are equally valuable.

What matters most is that you feel supported, not pressured. Guided, not controlled. Free to heal in the way that feels right for you.

A typical week

Your week is shaped around these pillars — with Saturday as free time and Sunday as excursion day.

1:1 Sessions

Minimum three sessions per week with your dedicated counsellor, at no extra cost

Regular trips to local sites, natural beauty spots, and cultural experiences

Daily flow

Here’s how your day might unfold, though nothing is set in stone.

Morning

Gentle exercise to wake the body, followed by reading and personal reflection, then a freshly prepared breakfast together. Mid-morning: breathwork and meditation drawn from Buddhist mindfulness traditions.

Midday

A chef-prepared lunch in the communal dining space, followed by personal time to rest, swim, read, or simply sit in the gardens.

Afternoon

Devoted to inner work — contemplative practices, spirituality, and the principles of compassion and mindfulness. 1:1 counselling and EMDR sessions are woven throughout the week.

Evening

A shared evening meal, followed by community time — fellowship, reflection, and connection. Or, if you prefer solitude, your room and quiet spaces are always there.
