Please read these terms carefully before booking.

Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking
  • Full payment must be received before arrival
  • Payments are made by bank transfer
  • All prices are quoted in GBP

Minimum Stay

Our recommended minimum stay is one month. This allows guests to fully benefit from our programme. Shorter stays may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus deposit
  • Cancellations made 14-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Please contact us to discuss your situation – we will always try to be fair and compassionate.

Travel Insurance

All guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance may be requested before arrival.

Visas

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the correct visa for their stay in Thailand. We provide visa application support as part of our package, but the responsibility for obtaining the correct visa remains with the guest.

Code of Conduct

We ask all guests to:

  • Respect other guests’ privacy and need for quiet
  • Treat all staff and fellow guests with respect
  • Follow reasonable health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat

Limitation of Liability

Silkworth Thailand accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness except where caused by our negligence. We recommend all guests have adequate insurance coverage.
