Swimming Pool

Our pool sits at the heart of the retreat, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and dappled shade. It’s where many residents begin their morning — a few quiet laps before the day unfolds — and where afternoons slow down to the sound of water and birdsong.

The pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded seating. Whether you swim for exercise or simply sit poolside with a book, it’s one of the most loved spaces in the retreat.

Beautiful Gardens

Our gardens are designed to do what nature does best — calm the nervous system and invite presence.

Winding paths lead through carefully tended tropical plants, past shaded seating areas, and into quiet corners where you can sit, breathe, and let the sounds of the natural world replace the noise in your head. Many of our mindfulness practices take place here, and residents often describe the gardens as their favourite place to reflect.

A Perfect Location

Our retreat sits in peaceful Thai countryside — far enough from the bustle of tourist areas to feel genuinely secluded, close enough to local life for Sunday excursions and gentle exploration.

You’ll be surrounded by the rhythm of rural Thailand: warm breezes, birdsong, the gentle pace of a place that hasn’t forgotten how to slow down. Research consistently shows that natural environments reduce stress hormones, improve mood, and support emotional regulation — and you’ll feel it from your first morning here.
